NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. “The Kardashian Kollection Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on February 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on March 15, 2012 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and the District of Columbia, who are aged 18 or older and who are SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS℠ Bonus Members at the time of entry. Employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies and the families and/or household members of each of the above are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

If you do not currently have a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Membership Number, go to http://www.shopyourwayrewards.com/sywr/Register and follow the prompts below “Join Us Now!” to provide the requested information to become a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Member. There is no charge to receive a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Membership. To become a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Bonus Member, you will be required to provide a valid email address and have signed up to receive SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS emails.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER: A) Purchase Method of Entry: Purchase any Kardashian Kollection merchandise sold at any Sears store or at www.sears.com and provide your SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS ID, email address or phone number at the time of purchase/check-out between February 1, 2012 and March 15, 2012 and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per Purchase Transaction per day. (hereinafter, “Purchase Transaction Entries”); or B) Non-Purchase Method of Entry: Hand print your complete name and mailing address, birth date, email address or telephone number and your SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Membership Number on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with sufficient First Class Postage to: Kardashian Kollection SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2340, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2340 (hereinafter, “Non-Purchase Transaction Entries”). Limit one (1) Non-Purchase Transaction Entry per envelope. All Non-Purchase Transaction Entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2011 and received by March 22, 2012. (A and B are collectively, “Eligible Entries”.)

No photocopies or mechanically reproduced Non-Purchase Transaction Entries permitted and such entries will be void. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due Entries or mail, all of which are void. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry. Any Purchase Transaction Entry that is submitted with the use of an automated device will be void. Any Entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any BOT, robotic, script, macro or other device or artifice to enter multiple times or to interfere with the proper operation of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified.

Sponsor, and its respective parents, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, and the Sears Privacy Policy.

RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all Eligible Entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received. The Random Drawing will be conducted on or about March 23, 2012 by Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC. an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and overnight mail delivery on or about March 27, 2012 at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Chicago, IL for the chance to attend a Meet and Greet Session with Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian on date in April, 2012 designated by Sponsor consisting of round trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Chicago, IL, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel and between hotel and Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian Meet and Greet Session location in Chicago, IL and $250 spending money. The approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $3,500. The Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian Meet and Greet Session location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Grand Prize Winner lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Chicago, IL, Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize Winner with round trip ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Chicago, IL in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence. The dollar value difference between the round trip coach air transportation and ground transportation will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to ground transfers between Prize Winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in Chicago, IL (not stated herein) in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Grand Prize Winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize may vary based on the commercial airport nearest Prize Winner’s permanent residence, as well hotel fluctuations at the time of travel. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on dates designated by Sponsor and on the same itinerary. In the event the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates designated by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner may be disqualified and the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining Eligible Entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Grand Prize Trip. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers, availability and other material restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a Grand Prize Winner or Guest change(s) to itinerary or accommodations. In the event, for whatever reason, the scheduled Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian Meet and Greet Session is cancelled prior to the trip or during Grand Prize Winner’s trip, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid U.S. government photo identification prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If the Grand Prize Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize award and no other compensation in lieu of the Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Grand Prize Winner and Guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian Meet and Greet Session. Sponsor and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Meet and Greet Session.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Grand Prize is subject to the Sweepstakes and all applicable federal and state laws. Grand Prize is not transferable. Taxes on Grand Prize are sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor will not pay for or offset any tax liability on Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner will receive a 1099 IRS tax form at year end for the retail value of prize. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Grand Prize Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permissible) including his or her social security number, within two business (2) days of receipt of notification or Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining Eligible Entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Grand Prize trip. If the Grand Prize Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all remaining Eligible Entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Grand Prize trip. A Prize won by a minor (under applicable state law) will be awarded in minor’s name to a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all required documents. In the event the Guest is a minor, the Guest’s parent or legal guardian will be required (i) to sign and return all documents; (ii) travel with the Guest on the Grand Prize Trip; and (ii) will be solely responsible for all expenses required to travel with Guest on Grand Prize Trip. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Grand Prize Winner at the email address and/or telephone number submitted at the time of entry. If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, the potential Grand Prize Winner may be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining Eligible Entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Grand Prize trip. By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and video footage for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any medium and social media websites throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner must agree by signing the affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance/release of liability and publicity (where permitted), that he/she is not: (i) represented under a contract (e.g., by a talent agent or manager) that would in any way limit or impair Sears’ ability to display or use his/her name, likeness or any work that he/she has created in any media form; (ii) subject to an acting, modeling or any other contract that would make his/her appearance in the work a violation of any third-party rights; or (iii) under any other contractual relationship, including but not limited to any guild or union memberships, that may prevent Sponsor from being able to use the work or image worldwide in all media in perpetuity on a royalty-free basis, without any payment of fee obligations of any kind.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone. If for any reason, this program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to select winner from Eligible Entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual outofpocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual outofpocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, and (ii) entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). Grand Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of a prize. In the event the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event) the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the Grand Prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

NAME OF WINNER: To obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, (available after April 16, 2012) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kardashian Kollection SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC, 1400 Old Country Road, Suite 420, Westbury, NY 11590. All requests must be received by July 31, 2012.
